Shipping Live Animals

We are located in the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. If you are close to us we can arrange a place for pick up at a nearby location as we do not accept visitors into our breeding facility.

We are typically able to freight animals to the majority of airports within Queensland, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Victoria, South Australia, and Northern Territory.

We are unable to freight animals outside of Australia and to Tasmania and Western Australian.

Freight is booked through a pet travel company (Tail Travel) and freight is at the buyers expense and risk.

Your animal/s will not be fed approximately one week before freight to reduce the risk of stress on the animal/s and the passing of waste in the transport container. Your animal/s will be transported in a breathable container/bag and packaging. 

Please arrive approximately 30 minutes after the plane lands to leave time for staff members can unload the animal/s and transport them to the freight building.

To collect your animal you may need a photo id matching the name that the animal/s was sent to and the flight number for collection.

We will not ship animals in any extreme weather and we will cancel shipping if we need to do so for the health of the animal/s. 

 

Purchasing Live Animals

Payment of the animal and for transport is required in full before any animals are sent to their new homes.

Once you have followed the prompts available on the website, filled out all the necessary information, and purchased the individual animal, you will be contacted within 24 hours to arrange freight payment or pick up and to confirm your details and husbandry.

If you purchase a reptile online, that cost is for the individual reptile only, NOT including any freight cost if required. 

Please be aware that not all animals are available in all states and some may require specialist or a higher level of wildlife keeping license e.g. South Australia requires a Specialist keeping licence to keep pygmy pythons. Please refer to your state/territory restrictions.

We have the right to refuse the sale of an animal to anyone for any reason.
