Refund policy
Live animals
We do not accept returns or refunds for live animals. All animals are freighted at the buyers risk.
We do not accept live animal cancellations after the animal has shipped. If you have placed a deposit and decided to cancel your order for a live animal, your deposit will not be refunded.
Tangible goods
We accept returns, refunds, exchanges, and store credit within 30 days after receiving your item.
We do not accept returns or refunds on any sale items.
We accept cancellations along with a full refund as long as the product has not been shipped.
Initial shipping costs will not be refunded and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You will need to provide proof of purchase, such as a confirmation email or receipt.
Returns will need to be arranged with us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To start a return, contact us at jurassicwildlife@gmail.com.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to return your package.
For refunds, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Services
We do not accept refunds on services that have already taken place.
We have a 3-hour cancellation policy. This allows you to cancel your appointment and receive a full refund within 3 hours of the booking time.
Cancelling past the 3 hour time frame will incur a fee.
